The Christmas Craft Fair is being held this weekend (Nov 25-26, 2011) at Stratford Elementary School.  The Mini Girls basketball practice schedule for this on Saturday has been changed to the Stratford Town Hall from 11:15 - 12:30. 

During the practice, we will be joined by Carly Clarke, head coach of the UPEI Women's Basketball Team, and some of her players who will work with the girls during the practice.

Due to Halloween,  tonight's Bantam Boys session is cancelled and we will add another session during the season to make up for it.  

Our next regular session will be at the Town Hall on Monday November 7th at 6:30pm.

Although the basketball season doesn't officially start until after the Thanksgiving weekend, we have scheduled a weekly open gym time for the Mini girls division (Grade 5-6) starting next Wednesday, Sept. 28th from 6:00 - 7:15 pm at Glen Stewart School.   

This is an optional session for any girls who would like to participate and get into the gym a little earlier.  There will be some warm-up drills but the majority of time will be spent on a scrimmage.   Don't hesitate to contact me by email at info@stratfordfoxes.ca if you have any questions, and any girls in Grades 5 and 6 are welcome so spread the word.

The Stratford Minor Basketball Association will continue to accept registrations for the upcoming 2011-2012 season. 

Cost:  $50.00 (Tykes)  - $75.00 (Small Ball, Jr Mini, Mini, Bantam/Midget)

Late fees will apply after October 17th – Extra $10.00

You can register anytime between 8:30am - 4:30pm - (Mon - Fri) at the Stratford Town Hall by contacting Rachel Arsenault in person at the Stratford Recreation Department or by phone at 569-6924.
